The PPC Engine — stop renting your ads operation.
Right now your ads run on rented hours: a $1,500–2,000/month agency retainer, or your own evenings. The PPC Engine is that whole operation — campaign architecture, bid and negative management on a cadence, search-term mining, a weekly readout — installed as a system you own. Roughly half the retainer. And it doesn't skip weeks in Q4.
What the install includes
- The full account read — every search term, every campaign, every placement, from your bulk files (the same depth as the published diagnostic)
- Campaign architecture rebuilt — implemented in the account, not just planned: structure, match-type strategy, budget allocation
- The management system installed — bid moves, negative harvesting and search-term mining on a weekly cadence, inside guardrails we set together
- The weekly readout — one report you can act on: what moved, why, and what needs your decision. Not a data dump.
- A 30-day proving window — the first month's run fee is included in the install while the guardrails get tuned on your real account
What changes for you
- You see where every ad dollar goes and what it buys — weekly, not quarterly
- Bids move on schedule, not when someone remembers — the system doesn't take holidays during your biggest quarter
- Negatives are harvested continuously — the leak that regrows in every hand-managed account, closed for good
- You own the structure — walk away any month and the account is still yours, organized and documented
What this isn't
- An agency relationship — no account manager, no monthly deck, no hours billed
- Unattended autopilot — money actions run inside guardrails you set, and anything outside them waits for your confirm
- A %-of-spend arrangement — flat fees only
- A promise of a specific ACOS — the system executes relentlessly; outcomes still depend on product, price and market
Not the fit if: your ad spend is under ~$1K/month (the run fee wouldn't pay for itself yet), or you want a human agency relationship with weekly calls.
Fair questions
Do I have to fire my agency first?
No. Most conversations start while an agency is still in place. Start with the diagnostic — it shows, from your own data, whether the account is being managed or just reported on. The Engine replaces the retainer only when the evidence says it should.
Why is there a monthly fee if I "own" the system?
Because Amazon doesn't stand still — placements change, match behavior changes, categories shift. The run fee pays for the system to keep reading your account weekly and for me to keep the system itself current. You own the structure either way; the subscription is for the running, not the owning.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep everything: the account structure, the documentation, the guardrail settings. The weekly cadence stops. No lock-in, no exit fee, cancel monthly.
How is this different from PPC software like Quartile or Perpetua?
Software gives every subscriber the same algorithm and leaves you (or an agency) to run it — and the mid-tier tools still cost $250–900/month. This is a system built for your account specifically, with a human on the hook for the judgment calls, at a flat fee. You're not buying a login; you're replacing an operation.
Why does it say "installing" and not "live"?
Because I don't claim receipts I don't have. The diagnostic method is published and judgeable today; the first two installs are the founding slots that produce the public case studies. That's what the founding discount buys you into.
