RUNG 1 · THE ADS DOOR · $497 (FIRST 3 CLIENTS, THEN $997) · CREDITS TOWARD THE PPC ENGINE · NO ACCOUNT ACCESS

The Amazon Ads Diagnostic — every wasted dollar, named.

You're spending five figures a month on PPC and your ACOS keeps drifting the wrong way. Your agency sends reports; nobody can tell you which campaigns are actually broken and what to do first. This is that answer, in writing: a 15–25 page diagnostic of your account plus a 90-day restructure plan broken into weekly milestones — built from your own bulk reports, without you handing over your account.

Answers you walk away with

  • Exactly where spend is doing nothing — in most accounts I open, 20–30% of it is buying clicks that will never convert, and the dashboard is built in a way that hides it.
  • Whether your "exact match" campaigns are quietly buying broad traffic — proven from your own search-term report, not opinion.
  • Which campaigns are bidding against each other — and which of your top search terms deserve their own campaigns.
  • The negative-keyword gaps costing you money every day — listed, with the spend each one burned last month.
  • Whether your agency is managing the account or just reporting on it — you'll see the evidence either way.
  • What "good" looks like for your category — the ACOS band, TACOS trend, and placement split I'd want before scaling spend.

What's inside

  • Account health diagnostic: ACOS, TACOS, wasted spend, placement efficiency, search-term-to-campaign alignment
  • Campaign architecture review: AUTO vs. SKC structure, match-type strategy, negative-keyword gaps
  • Restructure recommendations in clear priority order
  • A 90-day execution roadmap broken into weekly milestones
  • A KPI dashboard template — what to track, where to find it, and what "good" looks like
  • One 30-minute walkthrough call after delivery

The deliverable

A single document, 15–25 pages, with embedded tables and screenshots. Delivered via email plus a shared Drive link, 5–7 business days after your bulk reports land.

$497 for my first 3 clients — then $997. That's the whole price.
The intro price exists because I'm trading it for a testimonial and case-study rights (anonymized if you prefer). It ends after 3 clients and won't be extended. Pay by card or invoice — your pick. Fixed scope, fixed price, no retainer, no upsell call disguised as a deliverable. And if you install the PPC Engine within 60 days, this fee is credited in full.

What this isn't

  • Ongoing account management
  • Hands-on campaign building — this is the plan, not the implementation (that's the PPC Engine)
  • Listing production (that's a separate service)
  • A promise of a specific ACOS or sales number — you execute; outcomes depend on execution
Right fit if: you're doing $20K+/month on Amazon, running PPC but your ACOS or TACOS feels off, and you're comfortable executing a plan yourself or with your team.

Not the fit if: you're under $10K/month (PPC isn't your bottleneck yet), or you want fully done-for-you management from day one.

Fair questions

Is this the same as the Ops Audit?

Same price, same mechanics, different scope. The Ops Audit maps your whole operation — every repeating process, costed, with a systemization roadmap. This diagnostic goes deep on the ads account only. If your pain is specifically ads, start here; if everything feels messy and you don't know what to fix first, start there. Either fee credits toward an Engine install within 60 days.

Agencies offer audits for free. Why would I pay $497?

Because a free audit is a sales document. It exists to find reasons you need the agency, and it's built from a skim of your account by whoever had spare hours that week. This diagnostic is priced so that the plan itself is the product — my only incentive is that the document is good enough that you come back for more, or tell another seller about it.

Why should I trust someone I found on the internet with my ads data?

You shouldn't — on words alone. That's why a full sample of this exact deliverable is published so you can judge it before paying, why this needs no account access (two bulk-report exports, which contain no payment or customer data), and why the systems I build are shown running live. Judge the deliverable, not the pitch.

What exactly do you need from me?

Two exports from Seller Central — a search-term report and a campaign bulk file (I'll send you the exact clicks to make; it takes about 15 minutes) — plus answers to five short questions about your goals and margins.

How is one person faster than an agency?

I've spent 4 years inside live FBA accounts across the US, UK, EU and Australia — and I build AI systems that read every row of your bulk file instead of sampling it. The reading that costs an agency 30–50 analyst-hours takes my systems hours. You pay for the judgment on top, not the hours underneath.
