A paid account review — find what's actually capping your growth.

You can feel the account is stuck — you just can't say exactly why. This is the answer, in writing: the one or two real constraints holding your growth back — across ads, listings, catalog and operations — and what to fix first. Built from report exports and one conversation. You never hand over your account.

What you walk away with

  • The real constraint, named — the one or two things actually capping your growth, not a 40-item to-do list you'll never work through.
  • Where the money leaks fastest — the ads section alone usually finds spend doing nothing (in most accounts I open, 20–30% of PPC spend is buying clicks that will never convert).
  • What "good" looks like for a brand your size — the ACOS band, the TACOS trend, the benchmarks I'd want to see before scaling anything.
  • What to fix first — in priority order, sized to your catalog and team, whether or not you ever hire me to build it.
  • The honest read — including when the answer is "this isn't your real constraint," so you stop pouring effort into the wrong thing.

How it works

  • You send a few Seller Central report exports (I send the exact clicks) and we have one 30-minute call about how the work gets done.
  • I read your numbers and how the account is run, and pinpoint the one or two constraints capping growth — across ads, listings, catalog and operations.
  • You get a written read: the real constraint, what it's costing, and what to fix first — plus a 30-minute walkthrough call.

The deliverable

A focused written read, delivered via email plus a shared Drive link, 5 business days after your exports and call land. Plain English: this is a paid deliverable you keep — not a free "audit" that exists to sell you a retainer.

$497 for my first 3 clients — then $997. That's the whole price.
The founding price exists because I'm trading it for a testimonial and case-study rights (anonymized if you prefer). It ends after 3 clients and won't be extended. Pay by card or invoice — your pick. Fixed scope, fixed price, no retainer. And if you go further with me within 60 days, this fee comes off the next step.

What this isn't

  • Ongoing management of anything — this is the diagnosis, not the fix
  • An implementation — the systems that fix the constraint are built separately, and only where the read says they'll pay
  • A generic automation lecture — every finding is from your account, with your numbers
  • A promise of specific revenue or ACOS outcomes — you (or the systems) execute; outcomes depend on execution
Right fit if: you're doing roughly $30K/month up to eight figures on Amazon, the account feels stuck or the growth's gone flat, and you suspect the real reason isn't where you're looking.

Not the fit if: you're under ~$20K/month (finding a growth constraint isn't your bottleneck yet), or you want fully done-for-you management from day one.

Fair questions

What exactly do you need from me?

A few Seller Central report exports (I send you the exact clicks — about 15 minutes, and none of them contain payment or customer data) plus one 30-minute conversation about how the work actually gets done today: who does what, in which tools, how often. That's the whole ask.

Agencies audit accounts for free. Why pay $497?

A free audit is a sales document — it exists to find reasons you need the agency. This one is priced so that the read itself is the product: my only incentive is that it's good enough that you come back to fix the constraint with me, or tell another owner about it.

Why should I trust someone I found on the internet?

You shouldn't — on words alone. That's why the systems I build are shown running live, why my written work is published so you can judge the deliverable before paying, and why this needs no account access. Judge the receipts, not the pitch.

Will you just tell me to buy your systems?

The read names the real constraint and what to fix first — and sometimes the honest answer is "keep a human on this" or "a $30/mo tool covers it." Where a system fits, I'll say so and show the math. The findings ship with reasoning you can hand to anyone, including another builder.
