THE TOP · THE FULL OS · FROM $9,997 + $1,997/MO · QUOTED AFTER YOUR AUDIT · WAITLIST

Helm — you steer. The Engines row.

Helm is every Engine installed and connected — creative, launch, PPC, analysis — plus the thing that makes it an operating system instead of a pile of tools: an operating cadence. An AI-maintained scorecard. A weekly pulse that tells you what moved and what needs a decision. Quarterly priorities that actually get reviewed. Tools automate tasks. An operating system runs the business.

Why you can't buy this yet. I don't sell an operating system on promises — that's the exact hype this brand exists against. Helm opens once at least two Engine clients are live with receipts. Until then: start with the Ops Audit, install the Engine your audit says pays first, and join the waitlist below — waitlist members get the founding quote when it opens.

What Helm is

  • All four Engines, installed and connectedCreative, Launch (below), PPC, and Analysis (below) — sharing one picture of your business instead of four separate ones
  • The AI-maintained scorecard — the 8–12 numbers that actually run your brand, current every week without anyone building a report
  • The weekly pulse — one short readout: what moved, why, what needs your decision. Fifteen minutes to read, not an afternoon
  • Quarterly priorities — the discipline layer: what the next 90 days are for, reviewed when they end. I run my own work on this operating discipline; Helm installs it powered by systems instead of meetings
From $9,997 install + $1,997/month. Exact quote after your Ops Audit.
The audit defines honest scope — catalog size, marketplaces, which Engines your operation actually needs — so the quote is real, not a menu price. The audit fee is credited in full. For context: brands this size pay $3,000–8,000/month for a fractional operations lead, or $1,500–2,000/month for an agency that covers ads alone.

The Launch Engine · ● live · part of Helm, also sold alone

Everything a new product launch needs, produced as one coordinated push: keyword targets, the full listing build, launch-phase ad structure, and a week-by-week ramp plan. $1,997 per launch — a launch has an end, so this one is a project, not a subscription. As part of Helm, launches become a button you press, not a season you survive.

The Analysis Engine · ○ waitlist · opens after the first PPC Engine installs

Profit, TACOS, inventory and anomaly reporting as your own system — your numbers in your hands, not another $100/month tool subscription that owns your data. $2,500 install + $500/month. Honest scope note: v1 runs on Seller Central report exports; direct API feeds are the roadmap, and I won't claim them before they exist.

What this isn't

  • For sale today — the waitlist is real, and so is the reason for it
  • Software — Helm is built for your brand specifically, with a human on the hook for every judgment call
  • Unattended autopilot — money actions run inside guardrails; what's outside them waits for your confirm
  • A replacement for you — Helm runs the repeating work; the decisions stay yours. That's the point.

Fair questions

Why would I pay ~$2K/month when "AI employee" software costs $700?

Software sells every subscriber the same agents and leaves the running to you. Helm is built around your catalog, your marketplaces, your rules — and it comes with the operating cadence and a person accountable for it. If a $700/month login solves your problem, genuinely, buy the login.

What if I only ever want one Engine?

Then buy one Engine — that's why they're sold separately, and most brands should start there. Helm exists for the point where the Engines are proving themselves and you want the whole operation on one system with one cadence.

When does the waitlist open?

When two Engine clients are live with published (anonymized) results — the founding PPC Engine slots are being installed now. Waitlist members see those receipts first and get the founding quote.
